Corrina Kettner grew up on a farm in small town Illinois. Her childhood summers were spent baling hay, feeding chickens and learning organic gardening techniques from her mother.  
 
After majoring in journalism, Corrina moved to the Seattle area and started working in a successful family garden center.  Her career history includes comprehensive experience within horticultural retail settings, including garden center management and landscape design.
